1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account in Be Budget Today or using the application, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Be Budget Today is a personal finance application that allows you to record income and expenses and visualise your personal finance statistics. The application is available in a free (standard) version and a premium version via subscription.
3. User Accounts
To use Be Budget Today you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorised use at hello@bebudgettoday.com.
4. Premium Subscription
Be Budget Today offers a premium subscription under the following conditions:
- Available plans: monthly (€1.99/month) and annual (€14.99/year).
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Management: you can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the App Store or Google Play.
- Billing: payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play depending on the platform you use. We do not store payment data.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store through which you made your purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play). Be Budget Today does not process refunds directly. To request a refund please contact the relevant store.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Be Budget Today only for personal and lawful purposes. It is prohibited to use the application for fraudulent activities, to attempt to access other users' accounts, or to reverse engineer the application.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the application, its design, code and content belong to Be Budget Today. The financial data you enter is your exclusive property.
8. Limitation of Liability
Be Budget Today is a personal tracking tool and does not constitute professional financial advice. We are not responsible for any economic decisions you make based on the data shown by the application.
9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Account section of the app. Deletion is permanent and irreversible and removes all your data from our servers.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Relevant changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use of the application after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
