1. Refund Management
Be Budget Today offers premium subscriptions managed entirely through Apple App Store and Google Play. Since payments are processed by these platforms, refunds must be requested directly through the relevant store.
2. Refunds on Apple App Store
If you made your purchase on an iOS device, you can request a refund from Apple via:
- The website reportaproblem.apple.com
- Your iPhone Settings: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
Apple will evaluate your request according to its own refund policy.
3. Refunds on Google Play
If you made your purchase on an Android device, you can request a refund from Google via:
- The website play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- The Google Play app: Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
Google will evaluate your request according to its own refund policy.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal of the next period but does not generate a refund for the current period already paid. You will retain access to premium features until the expiry date of the current period.
